At her mom’s suggestion, Sierra startedCrossFit in high school to build strength and a stronger engine while preparingto play college-level soccer. She immediately fell in love with it and has been doing CrossFit ever since. As a coach, Sierra loves helping people achievetheir goals, learn new skills, and move their bodies better. She hopes athleteshave fun, learn something new, and leave class wanting to come back. Herfavorite movement is burpees because “they suck,” and she loves to “embrace thesuck.” That competitive spirit started early, too, as Sierra was once on a jumprope team that competed at the Junior Olympics. Outside the gym, Sierra lovesspending time with her family and playing soccer.
