Matt has been around training most of hislife, from weightlifting as a kid to football, track, and boxing, where helearned the importance of building the capacity to struggle with purpose. Thatsame lesson resonated with him in CrossFit, which he was introduced to througha close friend. Guided by his faith and the support of his wife, Matt hopesathletes feel seen, known, and loved while learning to take on challenges inthe gym that carry into life outside of it. Outside the gym, he spends much ofhis time welding, fabricating, working on vehicles, and restoring old equipmentwith friends.
