Andrea came to CrossFit as a marathonrunner who needed to add strength training to her routine. Her first workouthad running, which felt perfect, and thrusters, which left her unable to walkup or down stairs for a few days. As a coach and nutrition coach, Andrea lovesseeing the progress people make and helping them feel confident, less stressed,and supported in living a strong, healthy life. She grew up with horses,competed in equestrian events for 10 years, won the Western Championships, andnow loves spending time in the mountains through Spartan races, hiking, trailrunning, mountain biking, and snowshoeing.
